Rock samphire or sea fennel is a perennial sea vegetable. It is delicious and healthy to eat, just like samphire and sea lavender, because of the vitamins and minerals and the low sodium content. It is a good source of the minerals and very rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and polyunsaturated fats (omega 3 and 6), fiber and calcium.
Ingredients: grown rock samphire (Crithum maritimum), water, salt, acidity regulator (lactic acid), antioxidant (citric acid)
Use: Rock samphirel fits excellently in salads, sauces and tapanades, but also excellent in vegetable, egg and grain dishes. It goes wonderfully with meat and fish dishes. The liquid in the pot can be used in sauces, dressings and salads.
