Salann (which means in Gealic: salt) is an alternative to sea salt, with max 8 % sodium. (Sea salt contains min 86%)
Salann is composed of filtered and purified seawater, taken from one of the cleanest seas in the world (Aran Islands, Ireland). Freshly harvested organic seaweed Kelp (Laminaria digitata) and Carragheen (Chondrus crispus) are added and the extraction process is operated with a special ultrasound system.
UVAG bottles are used because they allow the optimal preservation of the active ingredients contained in the product, and make the lifespan far superior, even if the packages are exposed to sunlight.

Use
SALANN can be diluted to taste for all kind of foods, e.g. salads, soups, stews and any other type of food preparations.
Three sprays are the average dose for a dish. Every bottle of 100ml contains 1000 sprays.
General: the recommended dose is about 5 grams of seaweed per day.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / ALLERGENS
Store at room temperature in a dark and dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume before the "best before" date on the packaging.
The seaweed may contain traces of molluscs, crustaceans and fish and small natural materials from the sea. The white color that can appear on the seaweed comes from the salt in the seaweed and provides a natural preservation.
