Seaweed tartare

Carpaccio van zeebaars met tartaar van zeewier
Ingrediënten voor 4 personen
- 3 zeebaars filets
- 150 ml olijfolie
- 2 eetlepels (30 ml) fruitige witte wijn
- zeezout en versgemalen witte peper
- 90 g Marinoe zeewier tartaar
Bereiding
Snij de filets in dunne plakjes. Leg ze in een diep bord en besprenkel met de olijfolie en de witte wijn. Voeg zout en peper toe en marineer ongeveer 15 minuten. Smeer de tartaar over de zeebaars carpaccio en serveer koud met warm geroosterd brood.
