Mixture of five different Irish seaweeds to add to salads, stews, purees, soups and sauces. 100% Organic. Use: rinse and finely cut before cooking. Recommended dosage: up to 5 grams per day.
Ingredients: 100% Seaweed * (in decreasing amount; depending on the season): Atlantic wakame (Alaria esculenta), Irish nori (Porphyra umbilicalis), Irish dulse (Palmaria palmate), Irish sugarweed, (Saccharina latissima). Irish spirulina. (Ulva spiralis). May contain traces of sea salt, sand or shellfish. * Of biological origin.
Take the 5 seaweed mix out of the package. Rinse under the tap and let it drain well in a colander or squeeze it. Cut the seaweed into small pieces. Dry it in the oven for 30 minutes at 160 degrees. Or stir fry it first with an onion and some garlic, then add the other ingredients.
This product is certified organic and harvested sustainably. Samples are tested for heavy metals, pesticides and herbicides, radioactivity and microbiological problems.
General: the recommended dose is about 5 grams of seaweed per day.

Store at room temperature in a dark and dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume before the "best before" date on the packaging.
The seaweed may contain traces of molluscs, crustaceans and fish and small natural materials from the sea. The white color that can appear on the seaweed comes from the salt in the seaweed and provides a natural preservation.
