Seaweed is packed with minerals and iodine, but it is also rich in chlorophyll. In this cracker, the saltiness of seaweed is combined with the freshness of zucchini and sun-dried tomatoes. All ingredients are organic and handmade. The crackers are ideal for a high-protein or low-carb diet.
The crackers are prepared according to the RAW Food principle. This means they are dried at a temperature of 40C. This is a long process of up to 24 hours. However, this preserves most vitamins and minerals as well as the enzymes, which makes them an extremely healthy snack.
Ingredients: yellow flaxseed * 48%, sunflower seeds *, onion *, sun-dried tomato with sea salt *, raisins *, apple cider vinegar *, nama tamari * (contains soy), seaweed (dulse, nori, sea lettuce), Himalayan salt
Yellow flaxseed is slightly softer in taste and milder to the gut than regular flaxseed.

Store at room temperature in a dry and dark place. Consume before the ‘best before’ date on the packaging. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
