A pack of I Sea Paste rehydrates to 500 grams of fresh sea vegetables which are ready to be used in combination with pasta, vegetables or anything in between. Great for your taste buds and health, and also for the planet. I Sea Pasta is harvested by hand in the wild in France and Ireland.
Advice: Do not use more than 5 to 10 grams of I Sea Pasta per person per day.
Ingredients: 100% dried seaweed * (Himanthalia elongata / sea spaghetti) * from organic origin
May contain shellfish traces.
Boil 15-20 minutes (Al dente) in plenty of water, or
Soak 20-25 minutes in hot water (less sea breeze), or
Soak 45 minutes in cold water (raw).
Drain and I Sea Pasta is ready to mix in sauces, soups, salads, pastas, omelets, rice dishes, etc ...
Store at room temperature in a dry and dark place. Consume before the ‘best before’ date on the packaging. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
