Description: Wild  Fucus Serratus (Sawn Sea Oak) seaweed is hand harvested and air dried on the west coast of Ireland.

Directions: Create your own seaweed bath by hanging the seaweed under the tap and letting the water flow over it, releasing the soothing and hydrating minerals and alginates. Then add the seaweed to the bath water. The mineral and vitamin rich seaweed bath helps you relax, detox and re-energise. The seaweed can also be used as a sponge in the shower.

Seaweed baths (thalassotherapy) have been used for generations for the health and healing of the skin and body. Be careful when entering and leaving the bath: the gel of the seaweed can cause slipperiness.

After use, the seaweed can be dried and used again within 3 days. It can then be composted.
