Vegan reinterpretation of the traditional Argentine sauce with the unique flavor and properties of Galician seaweeds. Organic production ( Himanthalia elongata, undaria pinnatifida and Ulva spp.).
Use
It is ideal to accompany grilled or charcoal-grilled meat, fish and seafood. Use it to dress potatoes and steamed, boiled, roasted or grilled vegetables. Eat it with smoked salmon, with boiled seafood or to accompany a tomato and mozzarella salad.
General: the recommended dose is about 5 grams of seaweed per day.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / ALLERGENS
Store at room temperature in a dark and dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume before the "best before" date on the packaging.
The seaweed may contain traces of molluscs, crustaceans and fish and small natural materials from the sea. The white color that can appear on the seaweed comes from the salt in the seaweed and provides a natural preservation.
Recommended dose of seaweed with daily use: about 5 grams per day.
