Jan Kruijsse's seaweed fields are located in the Oosterschelde, one of the largest wet nature areas in the Netherlands. On the clock and the moon, these fields are filled twice every 24 hours with pure sea water, this is called ebb and flow and indicates Jan's working day, because Jan can only harvest sustainably when it is low tide.
Ingredients: Tapioca starch, 27% Oosterschelde seaweed, sunflower oil, sea salt, herbs, spices, vinegar.

To be used as a snack with or without seaweed tapenade

Store at room temperature in a dark and dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume by the "best before" date printed on the package.
The seaweed may contain traces of molluscs, crustaceans and fish and may contain small natural materials from the sea.
