For food use as a gelling binder, thickener and stabilizer. Gelling and stabilizing in jams, jellies, juices, compotes, pies, custard, yogurt, curd, etc. Thickener, in low concentration, in custard, ice creams, mayonnaise and other sauces.

Usage:

Prior preparation is required in three steps: Dissolve into warm water and boil until complete dissolution under vigorous agitation. Gelling occurs upon cooling down and keeping texture at room temperature. Very soft texture 0,8 g / 500 ml Soft texture 1,5 g / 500 ml Hard texture 5 g / 500 ml Very hard texture 7 g / 500 ml Results based on tests carried out by PORTO-MUIÑOS. We recommend that each user carry out their own tests and check their particular results.

General: With daily use, the recommended maximum dose is about 5 grams of dried seaweed per day.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION / ALLERGENS

Store at room temperature in a dark and dry place. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume before the 'best before' date printed on the package.

The seaweed may contain traces of molluscs, crustaceans and fish and may contain small natural materials from the sea. The white color that can appear on the seaweed comes from the salt in the seaweed and ensures a natural preservation.
