The seaweed noodles contain important minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium and iron.
The noodles have a very low nutritional content and are therefore ideally suited for the preparation of low-calorie pasta dishes. With these seaweed (kelp) noodles it is very easy to limit the carbohydrate, fat and calorie content of a dish.

Usage
Pour the water through a sieve from the package. Rinse the organic turmeric noodles briefly under running water. Cook or roast the meat/fish or vegetables of your choice and add sauce. Finally add the organic turmeric noodles and heat for about 2 minutes.
The noodles can be eten raw as well as boiled.
General: With daily use, the recommended maximum dosage is about 5 grams of dried seaweed per day..
