The KC Nori snack sheets are also a delicious, healthy, 100% natural alternative to chips. Besides Wasabi, they are also available in Original and Wasabi. The sheets are crunchy, not greasy, and are packaged in smaller portions, 3 x 5g, so they stay crunchy longer. The price is also better than Sea Crunchy (more nori for the same price).
Another advantage is that the KC seaweed snacks are produced in Europe (Lithuania). It is the first and only nori snack made in Europe; all others are pre-made from Korea.

1. More efficient shipping
The seaweed is imported in bulk from South Korea, which means the containers are filled only with raw materials – no retail boxes, trays, or unnecessary empty space. As a result, one bulk container yields significantly more consumer units than if we were to ship fully packaged finished products (an estimated 50% savings). Finished retail products simply take up more volume, so you need more containers to transport the same amount of edible product, which naturally increases the emissions of long-distance transport.
2. Cleaner production energy in Europe
Roasting and packaging in Lithuania benefits from a cleaner electricity mix compared to many traditional foreign production networks, which helps reduce emissions from the production steps themselves.
3. And besides the CO₂ aspect, local roasting and packaging also creates more economic value within the EU by supporting factories, jobs, and regional spending instead of importing finished products.
All of this led to the switch to KC Nori.
Ingredients: 59% seaweed (nori/ Neopyropia tenera, South Korea), sunflower oil, sesame oil, sea salt, BBQ spice mix 5% (BBQ spice powder, refined salt, dextrose, glucose, flavor enhancer E621, French salad flavor powder). This product is rich in iodine, with a recommended daily amount of 0.150 mg. May contain traces of MUSTARD.
