Monkfish liver has a soft texture and an oily sea flavour. The oil is coral-coloured. It is considered a delicacy in France and Japan. Rich in omega 3

Ingredients: Monkfish liver (Lophius piscatorius), water and sea salt.
May contain traces of molluscs and crustaceans

Use: ready to use. As a garnish or in the preparation of , with seafood and fish sauce.
