Ingredients: 100% dried seaweed. Origin: The seaweed is grown off the coast of South Korea. Premium lightly toasted Nori sushi sheets. With their well-balanced hardness, the sushi sheets are not brittle and yet crispy. Without flavor and colorings and with no less than 300 grams of seaweed per 100 sheets. Did you know that Nori sheets are made much like paper: finely ground seaweed pulp is scooped into a flat sieve and dried into thin sheets of about 18×20 cm. Taste: subtly sweet and umami. Use: The most famous is the 'rolled sushi' called makizushi. Then you can also make a 'cone of sushi' or a 'rice parcel', the onigiri, with its beautiful shiny exterior. You can also cut it into narrow strips and use it as a garnish/seasoning in salads, soups and noodle dishes. Or as a ribbon to decoratively tie a slice of omelette or eel on a block of rice.
