Salicornia Saline is the salt substitute of the future. This great salt marsh plant gives every dish a delicious salty taste. It is Dutch organic 100% dried samphire, full of salty minerals from the seawater of Texel and therefore a spicy, fiber-rich salt substitute. For salad, fish, pizza and sauce. The salt in samphire is not common salt; it is composed of a low Na (Cl) content and is also rich in potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, copper and manganese. Samphire is a source of many other minerals, protein and dietary fiber.
