It is European organic 100% dried marsh samphire, full of salty minerals and therefore a spicy, fiber-rich salt substitute. For salad, fish, pizza and sauce. Packaged in a bottle with convenient grinding cap to enhance flavor and aroma through fine grinding. With 85% less sodium than regular salt!

The salt in samphire is not table salt; it is composed of low Na(Cl) content and also contains potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, copper and manganese. Marsh samphire also contains more than 60 polyphenols
